2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✅ Items can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery only.
✅ Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
✅ The item must be in resalable condition, free from stains, odors, or any damage caused by the customer.                                                                                           ✅All return requests are subject to approval and must include clear image/video proof of the product, tags, and packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:

❌ Items returned without tags will be rejected
❌ Sale or discounted items.
❌ Customized or made-to-order products.
❌ Accessories and innerwear (for hygiene reasons).

3. Return Process

📌 Step 1: Initiate a return request through your account or by contacting us with your order details along with clear product images/videos.                      📌Step 2: Our team will review your request and approve it only if it meets our return policy conditions.                                                                                          📌Step 3: Once approved, you will receive further instructions for return shipping.                                                                                                                                 📌Step 4: After inspection, refund or exchange will be processed.

4. Exchange Policy

✅ Exchanges are only available for size replacements (subject to stock availability).
✅ If your desired size is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund as per our policy.

📌 Note: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.📌 Note: Unboxing video is highly recommended for damaged or missing item claims.

5. Refund Policy

✅ Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after quality checks are completed.
✅ Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

🚫 No refunds will be issued for:
❌ Returns that fail quality inspection.
❌ Unauthorized returns (without approval from our team).

Returns without prior approval or without proper proof will not be accepted.                                                                                                                                              Products without original tags or showing signs of use will be rejected.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

📌 If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Donne Tenaci will cover the return shipping charges.                                                                                        📌  If the return is due to personal preference (size, color, style change, etc.), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

🔹 Contact your credit card company (it may take additional time to reflect).
