At Donne Tenaci, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under certain conditions.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
✅ Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
✅ The item must be in resalable condition, free from stains, odors, or any damage caused by the customer.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
❌ Sale or discounted items.
❌ Customized or made-to-order products.
❌ Accessories and innerwear (for hygiene reasons).
3. Return Process
📌 Step 1: Initiate a return request by emailing us at contact@donnetenaci.com with your order details, reason for return, and product images.
📌 Step 2: Our team will review your request and approve it if eligible. You will receive further instructions via email.
📌 Step 3: Pack the item securely and hand it over to the assigned courier partner.
📌 Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Exchange Policy
✅ Exchanges are only available for size replacements (subject to stock availability).
✅ If your desired size is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund as per our policy.
📌 Note: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Refund Policy
✅ Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after quality checks are completed.
✅ Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.
🚫 No refunds will be issued for:
❌ Returns that fail quality inspection.
❌ Unauthorized returns (without approval from our team).
6. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
📌 If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Donne Tenaci will cover the return shipping charges.
📌 If the return is due to personal preference (size, color, style change, etc.), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

🔹 Contact your credit card company (it may take additional time to reflect).
